Ratfuck. A gain again. 3.6 lbs at the last WI.
I don't know what could have happened.
It couldn't be not diligently journaling since July.
It couldn't be indiscriminate post-workout grazing.
It couldn't have been the cereal box I was eating directly from at 11 PM Wednesday.
It couldn't have been the two helpings of pull-apart pork at my parents Tuesday.
It couldn't be sparse workouts since Applefest.
I weighed 182.4 last week.
I weighed 185.8 yesterday.
I weighed 182 at lunch today.
A 3.8 loss in a day.
It must've been a hell of a crap.
I know what to do...
