Redux Running Tights

When I started wearing running tights a month & a half ago I thought I'd get a big reaction from Alka & Priyanka.
I didn't.
I usually go out for my runs after 8 PM.
Alka's usually reading or watching TV in bed.
I think she hadn't noticed what I was wearing as I walked from the master suite through the darkened bedroom.
Priyanka's usually in her bedroom or in the study doing homework.
She usually doesn't see me until after I change.
Well, Alka did laundry the other day & saw the tights.
"You go out wearing those skimpy things? Aren't you afraid people are going to throw things at you?"
Priyanka finally saw me washing dishes at the sink in the kitchen right after a run.
"Put on some pants, Pete Uncle. That's gross."
I like 'em.
I feel like a superhero when I wear them.
They keep me pretty warm.
However.
Last night the temp was 21 degrees.
I wore two pairs of socks,a wool hat,wool gloves, & compression shorts under the tights.
It was only a three mile run but, I might've got a touch of frostbite.
In a very special place.
My Boy Scout first aid recommends sticking the afflicted body part under your armpit for warmth.
Methinks I'll add a pair of running shorts to the ensemble.
Not for modesty's sake.
I'm not that flexible.
