I'm in RunningAhead's 1000 Mile Club. To be on pace for a 1000 mile year logically, I should be at 250 miles by the end of March.
I'm at 207.4 miles. I'm 42.6 miles away. It's possible I could run that amount this week. I haven't run farther than 30 miles more than twice since November. Lately, I'm closer to an average of 28 miles per week.
To run 1000 miles in one year you should be running around 19 MPW. I'm doing that easily now. With the mileage I'm running I will easily pass the Pace Bunny sometime in the near future even if it doesn't happen this week.
Is it worth it busting my nut to reach 250 miles this week? It's just a number.
I'm Pete.
