My jeans are starting to get loose too. I'm wearing size 34's & I'm thinking of trying on the 33's hanging in the closet. I found in the past it's better to aim for smaller short range goals and let them add up over time. Initially I want to meet my first Weight Watchers's goal,21 lbs,and go on from there. As mentioned earlier my wife & daughter are both petite so,my next goal is to weigh less than their combined weight,177. From there I might try to make 162.
But, first things first. Try to make it through Easter weekend without a weight gain. My immediate family's coming to my house for breakfast so I can prepare some healthy choices. Later in the day we'll be heading to my sister's for a more traditional feast. I'll find a way to combine exercise points and maybe some weekly allowances so I can have my Reeses peanut butter eggs and slice or two of ham, maybe even a ,be still my heart, glass of beer.
