Life is one big math & science experiment.
Exercise + activity levels > than calorie intake= weight loss.
Man with paint brush + X number of sunny days = painted house = new television, sound system,etc...
A house with two woman + one man = the lid is left up & the seat down.
1 runner + X (numbers of training days) + Y(mileage) + a little prudence = marathon runner.
One man less 41 lbs = X (how many?) beers = one camping trip,one 6ish mile run, a hike along the AT, a good soak in a cool stream with no injuries, drownings, or weight gains.
