I'm surrounded by numbers this week. I rejoined Weight Watchers. I had my semi-annual physical. I continue to work out.
I weighed 199 at my physical. My pulse was 42. I think blood pressure was 128/74. A little high for a guy who exercises so, my doctor says I should lose 30 pounds. My girth across my belly should be 35 it's 40. I'm not sure yet what the number of my blood sugar is, hadn't seen the results of the blood test yet.
At WW's I weight 198.4. My goal weight is 162. My initial goal of a 10% WL is 179.
To stay OP I must consume 30 points of food a day. I count out all my food points up to dinner & my planned AP the night before.
This week I've rowed 6.2 miles. So far I've run 15 miles. Yesterday's 6.4 trail run was done in 85 degree heat. It felt like 99% humidity. A very difficult run. My pace was 12.30 miles per hour when it's usually closer to 11 on the trails. I weighed 190 lbs au naturel on my home scale after the workout. I lost around 4 lbs of sweat. It took 3 hours of drinking fluids & dinner before I stopped getting lightheaded when I stood up.
There's 3 more days left in my workout week. I hope to row another 6.2 & run at least another 7 miles. That will be only my 2nd above 20 MPW workout week since May/June. I plan to stay OP all weekend.
I don't plan on eating many/any of the 35 weekly allowance points. I want my initial WL to be fast. It's the 28th day of September. October is right around the corner. I'm wearing size 34 shorts because it's going to be in the 70's today but, cooler weather is coming sooner or later. The jeans hanging in my walk-in closet are size 32 & 31. I could probably squeeze into them but, I'd probably lose all feeling below my waist. I gave all my fat pants to charity. I ain't spending $$ on clothes that'll be loose on me in 3 months. Hopefully it won't get too cold too fast. Maybe I can start wearing leiderhausen.
I'm Pete.
