Well, things are getting better & better. I went for a run Thursday night;it was the first time since last winter. The run itself felt pretty good. I ran a route I had previously mapped out through the neighborhood,a nice route almost 4 miles long. I felt good enough at the end to throw another little addition to it so the entire run wound up being five miles even, not bad for the first time out. I do nordic track & rowing for 45-60 minutes pretty much every night so I figured the aerobic base was already there. I was very surprised my leg muscles were already built up too. I was a little lame the next day but,not as bad as I feared. I did the nordic track for an hour last night & may try another run tonight.
I haven't recorded my points yesterday,I went to my parents with DD & may have exceeded my points for the day. I also snacked a little too much after the workout too but, no drinking. So, I feel I'm still on track with the 21 day challenge, four days completed.
