Okay, WI last night: I lost 2.4 lbs. I'm very pleased, especially after Easter. I wound up working a ten hour day & didn't have anything to eat after breakfast besides a banana & an orange so,that's some of the loss but, I'll take it. Total weight after 8 weeks is 17.2 lbs. I haven't had a weight gain yet, although philosophically I know it may happen I'm going to do everything I can within the program to prevent it.
As for the 21 day challenge,I rowed for an hour Wednesday night (I was going to do 45 minutes but,the Red Sox game was pretty exciting). Last night I only did the recumbent bike for a little over a half hour but,I figured I'd earned an easy night. No post workout shots, so between the WI,the exercise,the lack of booze,the Sox playing well, & Spring in general things are going swell.
