Thursday, the Sun is Shining

I had a good WI last night:a 3 lb weight loss. I am .8 lbs away from my initial 10% goal. I am below 200 lbs for the first time since last year. Some of the weight loss might be a result of not eating much all day yesterday; I like the results but,I don't plan on making it a weekly routine.

I celebrated my WI with a nice meal of pani puri followed by a 5 mile run. I hadn't decided to do the final & fifth mile until I came to the fork in the road, go to the left brings me back home, go to the right takes me out for another mile. I chose right. My legs are still a little stiff but,not as bad as the first run; it's amazing how quickly the body adapts. I am going to alternate running days with days of either rowing or nordic trak. I want to keep up the upper body workouts as well as increase the running. I still have to find time to lift weights too. At the very least I need to
