Well, today is weigh-in. I weighed 192 & change this morning on the scale; add on the 6 or so lbs of shoes & clothing I wear to WW & it looks like I'll have a 2 lb loss. I'm going to eat light today (at least until after WW).
I worked out twice yesterday: 15K on the Nordic Track & 15 miles on the recumbent bike for a total of 8. I also dug holes for 15 arbor vitae yesterday; I don't know how many points that would equal. I needed the AP too. I ate light yesterday but, Wife served Masala Dhosa for dinner last night. According to the points book they're 11 points each w/filling. That doesn't seem right but, that's the way I recorded it. I wonder how they cooked it? I may check with the nice lady who runs curryleaves for a second opinion.
Hopefully, I will go for my third run of the week tonight. I had to punch another hole in my belt this morning. I won't be wearing the 34's to work for very much longer.
