Okay.So,for a week I've been anticipating how easy this week was going to be. I only had to lose .8 lbs to reach my initial WW 10%. Piece of cake,right? Well, looking back at my journal I was less than diligent & I know I was eating more than I should. To make matters worse I went to an all-you-can-eat buffet with a buddy of mine for lunch Tuesday. WI is Wednesday. I went for seconds. From what I've read & heard very few people do the WW thing without an occasional backsliding. I lost .6 lbs this week. This is with all the running,the nordic track,& the rowing.
I'm a little disappointed in myself. I sat down in the basement,I didn't work out,& I opened a bag of potato chips. I wasn't on a verge of a crisis or anything but,this felt a little bit like failure. Fortunately,I have the temperment of a Weeble. That toy, "Weebles wobble but they don't fall down." Because of the way I have been eating I couldn't eat very many potato chips so,I stopped. I went upstairs & figured tomorrow was another day. I didn't make my 10% this week but,I will next week. I'm planning on going for a run when I get home tonight. I'm back OP & back in the saddle. Onward & upward...(except for the weight,which should go downward).
