Marathon:Training Report

Alka greenlighted me for the Hyannis Marathon on Monday. I signed up online yesterday so, I'm officially in.
I'm using Hal Higdon's training guide for Intermediate I as a template. Technically, I'm in Week 2. Monday was a x-train day & yesterday was my first official run of marathon training. A 3.2 run at a 9:28 pace.
My goal is to break 4 hours. Ideally I want to run it in 3h45m. The training routine includes a pace day, a run at race pace so, I'll determine in the next couple of weeks how realistic that goal is.
