I'm going to try a new method of keeping track of my workouts. I actually kind of swiped the idea from Runningahead. I'm going to log the mileage from my running workouts & my rowing workouts on a map. I'm going to see how far I can go.
My first running goal is the summit of Cadillac Moutain on Mt Desert Island in Maine. I plan to stick to roads that I could actually run on. No turnpikes or major highways. I'm halfway through Groton, Ma.
I'll be going on a virtual row up the Mississippi. I'm starting from Audubon State Park in New Oleans.
It seems like a fun idea. What can I say? I'm easily amused.
